Another strong point is our cuisine
The breakfast buffet takes place both inside and outside, in the square next to the restaurant. Lunch and dinner buffet in the inside dining rooms where every guest has his own fixed table since the day of arrival. The lunch and dinner buffet is composed of different types of starters, from rich first, and as many considerable second dishes. For the small children a corner equipped with microwave and bottle warmer.
Once or twice a week we organize theme nights with large grilled meat and fish, and especially one of them is dedicated to the typical Sardinian cuisine. The kitchen staff is the same since many years.
Particular attention is given to the dessert department, curated by our Sardinian and Sicilian pastry chefs.
Upon request and with fee: possibility of special dinners and or international, chinese or japanese cuisine.
We dedicate most attention to people with food allergies and celiac disease (on the recommendation at the time of booking or arrival at the hotel).
Water and house wine included with meals.
